I want to see the world as a better place. When colors jump off the canvas or colors entwine, I see hope and joy. However, being realistic and recognizing discipline and boundaries, my graphics and linear senses take hold. My emotions are expressed, not in words, but the often surprising vocabulary of color, texture, and form.

When someone looks at my art and smiles or reaches out as if to touch the motion, it’s very real and very special. This is, for me, not just art but communication.
